Our horses mirror the emerging breeding trend in Europe,
combining C-line Sires and R-line Mares, with the
influence of jumping and thoroughbred blood for creating
a more modern, athletic dressage horse to meet with the
demands of elite competition.
Via Frozen Semen and Embryo Transfer technologies,
Vivace Stud aims to produce a limited number of progeny
each year but of exceedingly high quality.
Our goal is to present international caliber youngstock
to Australian purchasers to lessen the inherent risks of
importing youngstock, and to enable purchasers to view
first hand the siblings and temperaments of our breeding
stock.
Vivace Dressage Stables is proud to be able to stand two magnificent and unique
stallions at stud – available for the 2008 Breeding
Season is CORDYTE. Our younger colt CORITZO
will not be available for public stud until 20010.
Our competition mares are also our embryo donors
to enable them to continue to represent Vivace in
the competition arena whilst continuing their impeccable
bloodlines. This technology will prove to be one of our
great strengths, as our breeding program will utilize
only high quality mares who have proven, and
continue to prove them selves in the competition
arena.
